LemonSnap materials
Except where a source or rights notice states otherwise, LemonSnap owns or controls the original website copy, software, branding, catalog structure, question wording, passages, answer material, rubrics, layouts, illustrations, and downloadable resource files. Access to a preview or download does not transfer ownership. Classroom permissions are granted only through the Resource Licence.
Curriculum references and factual material
Curriculum titles, expectation codes, public facts, mathematical principles, scientific facts, and other uncopyrightable information may be referenced to describe alignment and subject matter. LemonSnap’s selection, explanation, wording, examples, organization, and presentation remain protected to the extent provided by law. A curriculum reference does not imply government endorsement.
Names, marks, and non-affiliation
LemonSnap and its visual identity are LemonSnap brand assets. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. LemonSnap is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), the Ontario Ministry of Education, any school board, Stripe, Google, or another marketplace or platform merely because that organization or service is mentioned. Comparative or descriptive references are used only to identify the relevant service or context.
Reporting a concern
If you believe specific material infringes your copyright, trademark, or another intellectual-property right, email Lemon.snap.info@gmail.com with the subject “IP notice” and include: your full name and contact information; the work or right you own or represent; the exact LemonSnap URL and material at issue; the basis of the claim; any registration or ownership information available; the use you want reviewed; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorized to act for them.
Do not send settlement demands, payment requests, passwords, or unrelated personal information through a resource-quality report.
Review process
We will acknowledge a sufficiently detailed notice, preserve relevant records, review the identified material and its creation or licence evidence, and take proportionate action. That may include asking for clarification, temporarily limiting the material while reviewing it, correcting attribution, replacing or removing content, restoring content when a claim is unsupported, or seeking professional advice. A temporary restriction is not an admission of infringement.
Misrepresentation
Please make claims carefully and in good faith. Knowingly false or materially misleading notices can harm creators and users and may create legal responsibility. A person whose material is restricted may provide evidence of independent creation, permission, public-domain status, non-infringing use, or mistaken identification.
